DMV Evaluations:
If you have had several DWI arrests or arrests in close proximity or with special circumstances, you may be required to undergo a DMV evaluation. This involves the same procedure as an assessment, but a formal report detailing the information you provide is submitted directly to the DMV or a hearing officer with the DMV. The mandated fee for this service is $65.

Case Management:
If you have a NC DWI and live out of state, or an out of state DWI and live in NC, you will need case management. We collect your info and submit it to the proper facility or department. If you have a NC offense, your information must be submitted by a NC State Approved Facility (like Harvest). This is time consuming and requires the facility to assume liability for your treatment. We charge a $100 fee for this service. If you complete treatment at Harvest for an out of state DWI, the fee for case management is included in your treatment costs.

Assessments:
We provide substance abuse assessments and screenings as well as a host of psychological assessments, including the WAIS-III and MMPI-2. Please call our office for more information.

Mental Health Evaluations:
We offer mental health evaluations and use the PAI as well as a clinical interview. This evaluation takes about 2 hours to complete. Results are reported next day.

Counseling:
We offer a variety of counseling options and can meet many needs. Through individual, couples or group sessions we can help you with depression, anxiety, grief, marriage troubles, substance abuse, and anger management, to name a few.

Anger Management:
